How to do it

  1. 1Sit sideways against a wall, then swing your legs up as you lie back.
  2. 2Rest your arms wide, close your eyes, breathe slowly.
  3. 3Stay five to fifteen minutes, then roll to one side to come out.

Be careful if

  • Come out slowly if you get dizzy.
  • Check with a doctor if you have glaucoma, high blood pressure or are late in pregnancy.
