How to do it

  1. 1Roll the shoulders back five times, slowly.
  2. 2Open the chest in a doorway for thirty seconds each side.
  3. 3Gentle neck tilts, holding twenty seconds each way. Never force the range.

Regular movement breaks are consistently associated with less musculoskeletal discomfort at work.

  • Stop with any sharp pain, pins and needles, or dizziness, and get persistent symptoms looked at.
